A beautiful hand-built horn shaped vase created using the Japanese Raku firing technique and finished with a rare 12th century technique called Obvara, which applies natural ingredients like fermented flour, water, milk or beer to create a unique and serendipitous surface. Each vase is one-of-a-kind.
It can be used as a stand alone piece for your shelving or sideboard or use it to create a Japanese inspired floral arrangement called Ikebana with fresh or dried flower stems or foliage. It is sealed and waterproof too so you can fill it with water to keep your stems fresh for longer.
