An extra large cheese paddle made from sustainably sourced smoked oak timber. Beautiful for serving large scale events or leave on your kitchen bench to use everyday as a board for slicing bread, needing dough or preparing meals. It features a marine grade stainless steel hole for storage on hooks and also makes a lovely display piece. The timber is tough, long-lasting and knife-friendly as well as being naturally anti-bacterial. It will not scratch or damage easily.

Care Not dishwasher safe. Do not submerge board in water for an extended period of time as it may soak up excess water and swell. Clean with a gentle detergent or lemon and salt. Allow to dry completely in a well-ventilated area away from cold or heat before putting away.
This board has been oiled thoroughly before sale, however it is recommended you oil your board before first use and occasionally after to keep it in beautiful condition. To oil, simply apply a generous coating of your chosen oil to the product, allow to sit in a well-ventilated area for 3-12 hours and wipe of excess is a clean dry cloth. and rub with a cloth. We recommend coconut oil. It is natural for the board to roughen after first wash.
